Handmade Bags

 

Handmade bags in leather, felt and fabric.

 

These pieces formed part of the artist’s contribution to Necrotex, an exhibition investigating textile artists’ responses to death and funerary imagery. Bernadina’s bags were created by reusing parts of an older bag, symbolising the artist’s commitment to recycling in general and organ donation in particular.
